Never again will I choose Yodel for my deliveries! Terrible service! Totally unacceptable in my opinion. Parcel just dropped by the front door on its side and onto a very wet door mat. It is raining today so why not putting it under the perch in the dry? The purchased items must have had a terrible journey as all of them were dented in and totally out of shape. No communication with the driver to check if I was at home. Basically just dumped with no care in the world! Very unhappy customer!

By the title I mean consistently bad. This company couldn’t run a bath

Use this service before Christmas was really good quick shipping and quick delivering started using impost over Christmas as well and packages started going missing at the warehouse some packages up to £100 and have to wait sometimes up to a month to get a refund so stopped using impost went back to Evri so the shop that I collect the parcel through and now doing Yodel deliveries and pick up so I’d thought I’ll start using them again pack are taking up to 2 weeks to get to me with no updates on tracking and most recently I have contacted Yodel as well and they just send you round in circles not helpful at all. I’ve now had a package been out for delivery for two days and all between eight and 9 o’clock and never arrives, all round can’t give no more stars as bad customer servicing and bad update apps and very slow in delivering parcels. Shall we just using Evri from now on for everything?

I watched on the tracker yesterday for my parcel that I waited in for. At one point it was one street away. Then disappeared. No email no reschedule or sorry we didn’t make it to you today. You would think in this day and age things would be way more streamlined and straightforward. I think I would have had a better chance it it was sent via carrier pigeon!
