Yodel Driver & Courier

I deliver in an area with a very poor phone signal and the app keeps crashing and going back to log in screen and it tries to download my tour again. Running iOS 18.1 on iPhone 16 max pro.

As a driver I find Trimble maps to be absolutely terrible it’s totally out of date. Use What3Words or Google Maps.

I wish the app would be updated so that it doesn’t let you deliver parcels early and comes up with a timer. DPD have had this feature for years, as yodel don’t pay for parcels delivered before the eta kicks in, and you end up forgetting to keep an eye on the times.

App gets worse everyday. Freezes many times and very embarrassing when your doing delivery to a customer. Resets it self every day. Swipe stops working and camera too so have to reset. Absolute rubbish.

The optimisation is crap, the windw to take a picture is super tiny. I guess this is the way for the pictures to go bad and after that not getting payed. How is it possible after 50% of my stops to have to go in the opposite direction of which i was at the previous stop? What bugs you are fixing? Seriously what are you doing? The app is getting worse with every update. And please can someone tell mw why is the app shutting down after you haven’t used your t for 15 minutes? What is the point of that?

Everyday the app stopes working showing me the same error.I am a delivery driver and this really bothers my work.It stops working in the middle of the day and there is no way for me to fix it.I am with iOS 17.5.1.It shows error 33794.I will really appreciate if you can update the app so it will work better with iphone.

It would help if the collections were highlighted in green because when I’m delivering it catches me out all the time and I end up in the back of my van looking for a parcel until I look closer and see it’s a collection.

Since the update this week, my camera now freezes, it will either show a run time error or it just won’t open, highly embarrassing when standing with the customer! I am using a iPhone 11 - the only way to remedy this, at least fir a short time fix, is to re-boot the phone.
