Unbelievably remarkable
✨This is the most relaxing and soothing app I've ever installed. All the workouts make me fitter and more flexible, but the best part is that they're all free. ✨
Had it for a year
I’ve had this app and paid it’s subscription for a year and it has helped me make fitness part of my lifestyle instead of this horrible thing I’m supposed to be doing 3-5x per week. However, the flows and programs aren’t updated as often as I’d like and despite numerous requests they have not updated the app to include a dark mode. This is my main complaint, as the app back ground and every screen is white. It’s killing my phone’s battery and causes my phone to overheat. The subscription doesn’t transfer to their other apps, which in itself isn’t terrible, but after you’ve completed the very minimal selection of flows and poses in this app, it’d be nice to get access to the HIIT app or even a discount.

Easy to use and beginner friendly
I love this app because I can listen to my music while I follow the tutorial and all of the poses are beginner friendly. Although I’m on level 3 and the poses aren’t much more complex than level 1. Still I appreciate it.

Everything You Want, But Cannot Afford
Great app, possibly the very best. Sadly too expensive. The entire point of a mobile app is on your own time, in your own environment. If we could afford a gym and personal trainers we would have them. Please 🙏 lower the monthly rates.
