I’m trying to get a nice relaxing workout in with calming music, but every time I click on something, I am shown an advertisement for an app - and it’s the same app. If I wanted it, I would have gotten it the first or second time I saw the ad. I’ve now seen it 4 times. Guess what? I don’t want it, stop showing it! I’m just about done with this crap!
The poses are fine and the workouts are good but I can’t get past the robotic voice. It’s irritating and I don’t feel like using the app because of the voice.
The app seems to have a lot of things to try and see if anything works to relieve some of my mental and physical pain. Let you know later.
Good for starting and getting the feel of the workout.

Единственный минус- нельзя поставить на паузу. Нельзя за 10 секунд сменить положение, и одновременно смотреть, как делать упражнение
