Jeśli chodzi o aplikacje to jest mega ale jeśli nie chce się kupować wersji premium to jak dla mnie słabo bo nic nie można poćwiczyć mam też inne aplikacje z tej serii i jest to samo m.

It is cheap, and absolutely amazing… you don’t have to be professional at YOGA to use it, you have different levels, and as you begin to get better at is you can switch to another (harder) one… the app also tells you how many weight you lose after every exercise. You can chose what you want to work on every day fe: belly, thighs, but…. You also have a schedule that monitors your work…. I recommend it to everyone, beginners or advanced, it doesn’t netter how well you’re doing it is very easy… I hope I helped to devote wether you want to install it or not.
