J’avais résilié un mois avant la date d’expiration. J’ai reçu un accusé réception de résiliation et malgré cela j’ai été prélevé. Bien sûr ils n’ont rien voulu rembourser.

After a few months the subscription went from 10 to 19 without any notice. They refused to refund the difference (saying they had sent an email that was not delivered because I had unsubscribed from their newsletter) This is the first time I tested an application with such unacceptable practices.

Hello to everyone, I’ve been using this application since July 2019 and I’d like to stop my membership because I’ve no time for yoga now in my busy life. However, there is no possible to stop a subscription. I’m writing to Yoga International support but nobody responding me. It’s the first time that I se such kind of fraud. Such a pity.

I enjoy the content but won’t renew due to glitchy app that makes it difficult to enjoy my practice when using.

Grey-out band over videos in landscape mode? No-click no-link classes and courses? After an hour of “playing around” with the app (that’s too much time -it’s 2024 not 2006) I’m deleting app and cancelling membership.

I do like the content, but this is a review in the App Store and the developers really need to respond to problems with the app. I want to use the app on my TV because it’s easier to see, but the current version won’t let me complete log in. Previously, the app just wouldn’t open on the TV. On my iPad and phone, it works pretty consistently but is hard to see, and I can’t project it to my TV. The saving features also don’t really make sense.

I payed for a yearly subscription and have yet to have the access I have been in communication with incompetent Cheryl who is just stealing company time!!! IM STILL WAITING!!!

I purchased the yearly membership last year so I could do prenatal yoga classes. I didn’t even use this app much since there are not many prenatal videos and I ended up finding better classes for free in YouTube. I canceled my subscription from my App Store months ago and I even deleted this app. Yesterday I was charged $204 for another year when I did not receive any notice just the notification from my credit card. I’m trying to get in touch with someone and all they have is an email. ?????? Makes no sense, they make it impossible to get rid of this membership.

Yoga International was once a great resource, initiated by the Himalayan Institute to teach very sound and beneficial yoga asana, meditation, and pranayama courses online via some very good teachers. Sadly, YI was sold in late 2021 to another company who promptly removed some very good content and over time, new content from the very good teachers gave way to quite substandard content mostly by teachers brought over by the acquiring firm. Nothing against the new teachers personally, it’s just that the new content was quite insufficient vs. what had previously been offered under original ownership. In late 2023, we cancelled our membership, the end of quite a few good years of practice.

This app is developed for vertical orientation and a cellphone. Given it’s subject matter, I more often like to use my iPad for the larger screen. If you’re iPad is in a support case, you’ll notice it won’t rotate for horizontal viewing. An update to allow this would be a great improvement to this app.
