Good App - better with some minor revisions
The guide that takes you through the relaxation is the best one I've come across and I've downloaded 5/6 different apps for the Yoga Nidra practice. I'd like to record the length of time I am mediating and this app does not currently let you do that. It counts down from 16 mins but will refresh to 16mins several times throughout the practice as different segments arise. In the end you have no idea what length of time you've been mediating for. Making it hard to set goals and keep track, which I honk is important at least starting out.
