This online course integrates recorded curriculum, vibrant community, and live coaching on zoom to provide a sacred space to learn and grow as a human. We address the most important questions of life as we work to discover who we are and find ways to love ourselves more. It is as much a journey inward to the soul, as it is outward on the mat. You learn and gain confidence to teach a yoga class, but more importantly, you learn who you are and how to create the life you desire.
