No customer service
So after happily using the app for about a year, I get a message that no restaurants deliver to my area any longer. I am in Zone 1. I leave a voicemail and complete two forms to ask what is going on. No response. Fail to see the rationale for ignoring loyal customers and also cutting off Zone 1 for delivery and continue to call it London delivery. If it is only Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Westminster you mean - just call it West End.
