Yonder Credit Card

The app is so good, I almost don’t care about the rewards. Approving transactions when spending online is such a breeze. The UX here is probably the best for credit cards in the country.

Quick set up process but not able to cancel membership from the app. Chat very slow in responding.

I love the app great interface have switched from Amax as per the adverts. I didn’t use my flight that much love the idea of spending stuff in London/daily expenses however wish that the restaurants on offer were ordered by whether there is a way to differentiate between the ones that give me the best return in terms of pounds to points. It seems to be 12,000 points for £50 for some are a lot more. So would be good to be able to order them by exchange rate essentially and then I can choose depending on what I’m looking for.

Best Credit Card in the UK by far. Amazing user experience, very easy to get set up and great features all around. But seems like they spent all their bucks on tech and little on service. Extremely slow responses, taking hours or days for a simple, we are looking at it and zero transparency about the process. Easy 5 stars if this gets improved.

Guys, when I was looking for credit card in my Experian I see who give me Approval and the result it show me yonder Approval in the beginning after when you give them all your details details with the selfie picture and my document and my bank details they reject After then, I write for them. I’m not happy. What do you do guys so I tell them remove from your system all my details and they said for me, it’s up to them if they want to keep it or remove it I see from my part very bad Credit card Guys, be be careful

It seems like the company cannot handle demand so they are just rejecting people. I met atleast 3 people all of them are approved for all AMEX and Barclays cards still they were not approved for Yonder. Its the same case with me.

Have used the card for 2 years. At first it was an awesome experience, but as they’ve started adding experiences the points don’t collect smoothly at all. You end up constantly having to speak to their team who decide on a whim what transactions they’ll allow and which they won’t. Don’t bother using it for anything other than food.

First credit card that actually works for me to an extend I'm paying a monthly fee. Everything about Yonder is great: fantastic sign-on experience, outstanding customer support through app and through Slack channel, premium looking card, lots of passive benefits coming with card (insurance, AVIS 30% discount etc) and of course the curated experiences which I use A LOT. Long story short - I love it and recommend it.

They said I’m pre approved but when I download the app they didn’t accept my application. Are joking with us!!!!
