Have used several times and recommend my friends and family. It’s so convenient. Battery can last long time and device can shared by 8 pax. Support via Watsapp is good. Quite responsive. Balance data can keep for subsequent trips. Loving it.
Be careful even thought the app show payment unsuccessful, your credit card is deducted. Need to contact support, but the order don’t show up in app and not sure if company will send the item to me.

interface is hard to use and crashes frequently. unable to add current device to my account. wifi connection if fine but you can't track or check on how much data has been used. thus this app is useless.
Yoowifi is affordable and easy to use. Able to add/ return within the app at designated return points with relative ease, would highly recommend!
1) App doesn’t really explain the product or have much information 2) App doesn’t update with the data that you’ve used. 3) When you try to purchase data, app says payment not accepted 4) (not on the app) but any help you need from the so-called 24/7 online support will take forever. I recommend not saving that few dollars and skipping yoowifi entirely.
