Have to wait until the following day to receive my money transfer credit to my other bank. In this day and age it’s suppose to transfer immediately. All my other banks and accounts are immediate transfers

I have been told that the sort code of my account is to be changed in the next few weeks. My state pension has been paid directly into this account by the DWP for more than 20 years. I have been unable, so far, to find the process for notifying the DWP of the change.

Never works …. Avoid

I have a cash isa which contains funds from more than one year. Is it possible to show the sum deposited in this tax year please.

I’m having difficulty every time I log in. This time though though there is no keyboard

When it works it’s okay, but like many other reviewers it loses my details and requires me to reconnect my account details at least twice a week and quite often more than once a day. Currently won’t let me log in on either the iPad or phone. Am amazed it’s this bad despite problems having been reported by users for several years. Have accounts with four other banks/building societies without issues, but ybs is continual headache. ISA’s mature next month and will be looking at moving accounts to other providers. Followed developer advice and deleted app and started again. Worked for a couple of days but has kicked me out ten times in last fortnight and currently fails to connect on iPad and IPhone again. Absolutely useless

App did work for a while but doesn’t work now. Can see balance and some info but if I hit profile or transfer it gives a big Red Cross and says something went wrong try again. Deleted App reloaded it still the same, rang them and still the same. Changed it from iPad to iPhone still the same! iPad Pro (2022) and iPhone (11).

It would be great to access your products from the App rather than switching and looking online. Everything at fingertips in one place makes sense. Is this something you are considering?
