Terrible journalism, bad writing, full of typos. Often full of rubbish about strictly come dancing, stuff that has no relevance to Yorkshire. And now they have the audacity to put up a paywall.

Frustrated
Disappointing the fact I have to subscribe to read stories and events. No news is good news
Garbage
I’m sure the owners of Yorkshire Live are trying on purpose to get rid of the app, make it it as garbage as possible so no one uses it.
Can’t believe what they did to this app!
I cannot believe that the most recent update to this app has gone down the same route as the BBC News app did in their recent update! Did no one at MGN bother to research what happened to that app and the terrible feedback and massive number of deletes after the BBC news app updated? You’ve made the same errors as they did, and no doubt you’ll get the same response from users - delete! This is now similarly unusable, so delete it will be. Just saying…
Not worth paying for
Used this app for a while now and have got used to the poor reporting, use of stock “Google “ photos and the obsession with some little known Yorkshire tv stars but now expecting people to pay for this rubbish is ridiculous. Bye Yorkshire Live
Crap update
I use this JUST to follow HTAFC. Previously it was annoying but usable, now it’s just rubbish. Can’t filter the content, so just won’t use it. Congratulations, you’ve lost a user.
Getting worse since the update
The app crashes all the time and shuts down. “Breaking news” is often hours old “Top story” can be found half way down the page Stories don't get refreshed - I get emails with new stories but yet they are not on the app, I have to go to the website to read them. Keeps logging me out Ads on stories will cover half the text and move with it so you can not read the story Alongside the fact that certain stories will have commenting switched off or anything that goes against the view of the paper will be deleted
Unreadable comments
What’s the point of people posting comments if you cannot read them. It’s just comes up with Oops try again. Not very useful.

I Have installed Yorkshire live on my phone so now I can keep upto date on news in my area which is good to know what happening round and about in Yorkshire all the reporters make it interesting to read about local news and events that are happening around Yorkshire no matter where in Yorkshire you live
Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the app because I have trouble viewing articles on my browser but unfortunately it won’t show news stories at all. It just says that Something Went Wrong and to refresh, but that has no effect at all.
