Up beat very nice cab driver!
I can’t log in. Basically gives me one option to sign in with email. I go through the options and then enter my phone number and it says “the number is already in use. Try again”. There’s no account recovery buttons or other sign in options.
I have used YoTaxi SF for two years and had no problems. Yesterday I was asked to login I did so with my information and password. I was told there was a problem with the login information. I applied to change the password. Put in the new password. Still the same thing can’t get into my account. I did try three different new passwords. Nothing worked. There is nowhere on the app to reach the developer or to get this situation corrected. Try to shut down my account and had no luck. They need to get the air fixed. Has anyone had any luck withbeing able to login after this big mess? It’s a shame because I do like the app fairly well.
Been using APP for some time. All of a sudden it stops opening. Tried reboot phone to no avail. Deleted APP and can’t get APP to accept email and password. Tried forgot password, get change password email and after changing APP says combination of email and password don’t match. I’m a senior on disability and on Essential Trip which now I cannot use!
I’ve never successfully booked a reservation on this app. There’s a confirmation email sometimes but not always. When the car doesn’t arrive as scheduled, I have to call. The dispatcher has to find a driver to take the fare. Who needs this aggravation when trying to catch a flight?
Drivers double charge you and don’t seem to understand how it works.
The app works but it is not great. The map keeps moving around to a different country when I’m only concerned with SF. I got a taxi and the driver told me that I had to pay in cash upfront - this wasn’t disclosed anywhere. The last time I had used this service I was able to pay with my card.
I have no words. I’m trying support taxi drivers in this city. I try to book online and even old school phone booking. I’ve been ghosted at least 5 times or charged. Imbecilic the they even have the app. Just do old school calls with dispatcher. Sorry folks but it’s Lyft from this point on.
Can’t set a destination. Can’t save a pickup location. The app does not search and will not update. Absolute garbage.
It was a $20 flat rate to cross 5 miles within SF after a concert venue where Uber/Lyft was offering the same for about $80. Rather give my money to this small business than Uber.
