Great food and really easy app to use. Menu layout and ordering easy. Plus loyalty points for orders over a certain amount which is a nice touch

First of all, how can you serve prawn tempura with teriyaki sauce. Second i received a vouched for 10£ OFF. I download the app and when i try to click on pay button, it doesnt work. I wasted my time. Your food is not even that good, comparing to your competitors.

You can choose the branch, they give you one by default, which in my case is way further than the one near my place. I always have issues with the delivery, the updates are wrong and not reliable. Terrible app and worse user experience!

Apparently developers mixed up the state of the Cancel and OK button and now it’s impossible to press OK and therefore finish the order. Hard to imagine how this slipped through the quality control

When I first signed up I wasn’t able to use the new user offer but I place the order anyways. I came a bit slow but it’s in extremely hot weather so understandable. The second time when I opened the app, it randomly add charges to my basket and I can’t remove, which makes my bill £20 more than what I wanted to order. Then I restarted the app and problem still exists, rather order from someone else. I wish I could put a screenshot here to remind everyone to be careful.

Have not even started adding anything to the basket but saw the basket automatically loaded with long list of random items (bags, service charges, cutlery, etc) for more than £20. Not able to remove those items. Apps deleted!

App hangs when selecting existing address

Waited for too long before actually getting my food… good quality food and well designed app though.

I went passed the Ealing branch in London and the staff told me the offer stands when you download. I then downloaded the app only to be told that the offer is not allowed after by the same female manager. She doesn’t Have listening skills and kept interrupting me. Companies like this hire people who then lie to you about offers that do not exist. It’s against the sales of goods act and illegal for companies to mislead people about offers that don’t even exist to get downloads! Unbelievable! These corporations do this strategically to get false numbers of download apps then after you download then you get bombarded with emails and shared data only to not then honourable the offer! How the App Store allows this false advertising is unbelievable and then they have managers who’s English speaking is played on as poor to then deny the offer. This is theft of data and breach of GPDR and misleading!

I have ordered through the app multiple times and now have £10 to redeem and it now does not work
