I really love You.com but I have problem with the wallpaper: every time I close the app , I lose the wallpaper chosen for homescreen, and I have to reinstall it again, every time…. Please, fix this bug, thank you !
I downloaded it and it is very convenient to have so many AIs in one place. However, the mobile app has a lot of issues. Apart from not having all their versions of AI that you can get on the web many times it just doesn’t generate responses. it is very frustrating. If you are using the app hopefully you can fix those issues and Tsun.
This is the most economical way to access cutting-edge consumer LLMs. But while it’s great to have an all-in-one AI solution, You.com’s tech support also deserves a shoutout for going above and beyond to solve issues I was having with the app a few weeks back. It’s rare for a company to treat ordinary customers as a priority these days, but You.com is an exception. Excellent product, excellent service.
Just like many other ppl here in review section, i paid for one month subscription but never got the pro account. I wrote to support and followed what they support said but still didn’t get the pro account. What a waste of time and money.
I pad for a monthly subscription but I could never do anything but use it in free mode. I tried signing out and then back in and I also tried removing and reinstalling the app but when I would try to sign back in I would receive a message saying that another user with the same email has a subscription ? Also there is no way to reach tech support .
I type my question and I always get nothing back .. why?
Doesn’t upgrade to pro account despite wasting $20, says I already have a pro subscription even though account is stuck on free mode. I emailed support but no one replied had to get a refund from Apple since app charged me but didn’t provide premium subscription.
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of support. I've paid for a subscription that I never received. This is a huge issue and not like something I've ever experienced from an app.
I used to use YOU as a private browser app, so you can imagine my surprise whenever I updated it and opened it to see that all my tabs were gone and now it was just an AI chat system. I’m terribly upset, especially considering I now have to find a different app and since I lost everything I had. In my opinion, the update was a little stupid. But, whatever.
