Youdowell is a great app. It allows you to stay fit and has really helped me get in shape. The workouts are explained very well and it definitely works. I can’t wait to show off my gains at the beach! 💪🏽

I have been using this application for over two years! This application has allowed me to stay in touch with my coach even with our busy schedules! This app helps me to stay on track and stay focused for all my races. The ketogenic diet works exceptionally well for me WHEN I APPLY WHAT IS REQUIRED. As with any sport, discipline is required and it takes DISCIPLINE to fill in the app every day. I need to be honest as it doesn’t help my coach and I am only cheating myself if I do not put in the correct information. Most races have been cancelled due to Virus but I am waiting for my new program and eating plan and cannot wait to get started. I have used many fitness and nutrition applications but to no avail. Nothing compares with this application as my coach is a TRIATHLETE and super fit and he also knows and understands the Ketogenic Diet. My coach understands what I need and how to apply it. Other apps don’t know me personally and they give random workouts customized for thousands of people. youdowell Application is customized to MY needs and my coach contacts me Personally if I am going off track. Having this application and dedicated coaches who are concerned about YOU and you goals, truly helps me achieve my goals and most times I perform better than I ever expected. Once you have used this application, you won’t have to search for another application. This application does it all!! I have a fantastic training plan set for a specific race or date and an eating plan that works for me. As the application adds more features, I do believe this app will be the number 1 application to use! Try it! You won’t be sorry!!!

nice and clean design. food database should be also in english. great to be able to connect with my health coach. we now can work together on a more profound level... hope to bring finally down my weight :)
