I have seen this app before and now that I just got a membership I wanted to have it as well. It’s just no allowing me to login, I’m very confused. It won’t recognize my email. Please help!

Inability to login / reset password. Local reps have attempted to adjust account email etc. Customer service number routes to local gym.

Can’t make/ reset account Tells me my connection is bad

This latest update does not allow me to reset my password or access my account. Its unusable and unresponsive. Constantly shows “unable to connect to network” message.

I enjoy using the wallet to scan my pass into the gym. It’s easy and convenient. I have one hang up about this app currently. When searching multiple gyms for classes, is it possible to see which location offers what within the search? The search results gives all information except for what classes are where, when doing a multi-gym search. Enlighten me please if this is a current fix with a setting. Everything else is great! Thanks!

I’m comparing this app to the apps for LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness. When you’re searching for a class, it doesn’t automatically search for glasses according to your location even when you’ve allowed GPS/location tracking. And then it lists classes by the gym’s corporate number, not by location! How the heck are we supposed to recognize a gym by their number?! Both the apps for LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness will list classes according to your location in real time, and it’ll tell you which specific gym location it’s at.

Going to the gym and having access to a personal trainer was great. However, the process to cancel your membership is even more convoluted than LA Fitness. To detail the process: You have to ask the front desk or call the club phone number to tell them you wish to cancel. The you have to call a series of 3 different (depending on which ones respond with an actual person) that all have an automated receiver. If those numbers don’t work, you have to email their customer services which is where you will realize that all their customer service division is provided by a completely different company. Once you somehow navigate your way out of these phone numbers and emails, you will be informed that you must provide a 30-day notice to the gym that you are cancelling your membership. A 30-DAY NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION. In this period, you will still be charged the annual maintenance fee of $50 to a gym you just cancelled your membership for and any other pending fees that CAN NOT BE WAIVED. This $50 fee will either be ignored or downplayed when you first sign up and happens, coincidentally, 30 days after you sign-up. If you are making a membership and you are unsure of whether you will go to the YouFit gym for a long period of time, save your money and find a different gym that respects your time. And even if you do go to this gym, I implore you to reconsider as when the day comes that you wish to cancel, you will have to deal with this awful customer service and feel much regret once you make the 30-day notice with fees you can not waive TL;DR - Gym is good, but customer service is the worst out of any. Don’t come here unless you want to be scammed.

Great app, all it needs is dark screen mode

It provides the option to add to wallet as a pass but fails everytime. Fixing that would be the finishing touch to make this app even better

Great app but Apple wallet feature is not working, I’ve tried multiple times and nothing. Please fix
