I got a gift card worth 2500 and haven’t been able to use it, too many limitations for someone to actually be able to use. You cannot use it on a brand’s website, very limited brands available, policies aren’t mentioned clearly

Latest version not working properly

I complained 10 times but no response always you put people in queue. Worst gift coupns app ever

Since Jan 2020 I had been shown an active gift card on my app with the validity of Dec 2020. When I decided to redeem it today at a local store, I was notified that the balance was 0. Upon contacting the ChatBox on the app, I was notified that the card had been used in Aug 2020. I may have forgotten but one would expect redeemed cards to be removed from the “active” status from the Homepage. I had intended to purchase something for my Son all the while thinking that this Card was active and I get to learn that the Card was useless from the cashier! It was severely humiliating for my family! Upon further notifying the App Chatbox, I got a cold response saying that yes its a flaw and they are working on it! No one even bothered to call back on my registered number for discussing the issue! Even when I subsequently tried calling the call centre, the phone just kept ringing. Indeed a very very customer unfriendly app to use!!! From my end, it would be a strongly non-recommended App

I received a gift for BHD 16 and upon redemption, I was told that minimum balance has to be BHD 6! It’s a scam that a balance of BHD 6 needs to be kept as confirmed by the attendant at VOX Avenues mall in Bahrain in the app. What should I do with the remaining 6 BHD which is almost value of 2 movie tickets which now can’t be redemption and used.
