So many problems with the app just not letting me in, it freezes and won’t load. I think it needs an update asap!

Welcome to Your Banking, by Regional Australia Bank. We’ve designed the Your Banking App to make your life easier. Manage your finances on the go and stay on top of everything in a snap. And since it’s so easy to use, you won’t have any trouble using it daily.

Log in effortlessly and securely
• Choose from either PIN, pattern or Touch ID and Face ID to log in
• See when you last logged in for peace of mind
Make payments on the move
• Transfer between your own accounts
• Instantly transfer to any Australian bank account with Osko
• Pay bills with BPAY payments
• Use your saved payees and billers for secure and straightforward transfers
• Schedule and manage recurring and future-dated payments
• Transfer from your loan accounts using our redraw facilities
• Approve payments from accounts that have multiple signatories
Get all info on all your accounts
• Use ‘Quick Balance’ to view your account balance without logging in
• View your account details and transaction history
• Share or save transaction receipts
• Add and delete new payees and billers directly on your phone
• View interest charged and earned during the financial year
Manage your cards
• Put a temporary lock on your lost or stolen card
• Activate your new card
• Add your card to Apple Wallet*
• Set a new PIN on your cards*
• Order replacement cards if your card gets damaged

App has been terrible the last couple of weeks
App will not open. Keeps saying there is an error. All transactions have to be done via the web
Very poor app
This is a terrible app. It seems to not work about as often as it does work. Feature poor and full of terrible design decisions. Just use the website.
App doesn’t work at all. Can’t log in.
App doesn’t work at all. I cannot log in and despite months of back and forth with the bank, it still doesn’t work.

Just goes round and round..
App error
Why does my app keep refusing to open and coming up error? Then I delete it and reinstall it, and it works fine again. It’s getting really annoying.
Really, is this the best you can do?
This app is so clunky it’s like it was developed by a 5 year old. What’s the point of using facial recognition if you still have to put in a PIN? Auto login on opening please, instead of having to press two buttons, face recognition, PIN and then open to an empty screen. This is what apps were like 10 years ago.
iPad Fail
This version will not display in landscape mode on an iPad. You also do not have the option to do multiple transfers without returning to the home screen.
Do not love.
Absolute joke. Moving the quick balance from the Home Screen was dumb. But then neither quick balance nor savings goal actually work. I’ve tried to set them multiple times and it never saves it.
Not working - don’t do the update!
Since updating the app 29-12-22 I can’t use it. I log in then it tells me due to inactivity it has logged me out. It does this every time I log in. Totally useless now.
