The app is not easy to navigate. It is not easy to manage investments in the app.

WHY NOT!!!!!???? That is just ridiculous! I already have to keep track of three Mercer logins for different parts of the web. Now you want me to create another for this app? Whomever is running Mercer IT needs some sense slapped into them.

This site is absolutely horrible to find anything! It’s not user friendly at all

Craziest thing I’ve heard in a long time. First, every time I try to use their website, I have to use “Forgot Your Username?” AND “Forgot Your Password?” to create a new set of credentials. Trying to avoid that, I tried their app, but the credentials I’d created online didn’t work, so I called their support center. I was shocked to discover that, even though I already have an account and credentials, the app requires that I log on as a new user and create another set of credentials THAT WON’T WORK ON THE WEBSITE. Insanity.

FaceID fails and when I paste my password into the password field the Login button remains disabled. I have to delete a character from the password field and retype it to trigger the Login button to be re-enabled. Once I can tap on the Login button login succeeds.

If this app is where we’re supposed to be able to see our account information, then we should be able to see ALL of it. It’s not even very user friendly as the navigation is beyond dumb.

I’m able to login through the website but this app tells me that the password is incorrect even then. Super buggy and glitchy. Update after reply: I did create an account on the app with proper registration but it doesn’t let me log back on after first use and then I have to reset password again to log back on.

Difficult to navigate and impossible to contact someone thru the site. Liked the old site better.

Awful app. I deleted it the same day I loaded it.

Just spins on the login screen forever.
