Hi. Looks great. Received shopping list as pdf download. Encouraged to use app, clicked the link but app states ‘cannot reclaim previous purchase. 😟. What do I do? Hence two star, but judging by other reviews it will be more.

App is very glitchy and wasn’t accessible for 4 days. Terrible interface and useage. Honestly do not waste your cash on this app. Poor customer service. Difficult and long and drawn out cancellation process. And constant upsell notifications. All about taking your money.

The app is glitchy and if your like me you’ll end up accidentally signing up twice for a subscription. I have disability and didn’t understand what I was signing up to as the site didn’t work properly hence I tried the app. It is disappointing how you advertise to be helpful and easy simple to use but offer the opposite. I for one will not advocate for you and I think it’s a disgrace that you have chosen this route and not done the correct thing but chosen to hide behind t&c no one reads!!! I will find a better solution for Keto support and will encourage others to do the same. We are vulnerable people looking for help not to be taken advantage off.

Worst part was trying to leave. It wasn’t easy and took almost two weeks of emailing to unsubscribe. The recipes looked intriguing but after only two weeks of use I found so many recipes were unclear. They either didn’t show the cooking times, temperatures, or amounts on some recipes which rendered them useless and had to google alternatives, which is counter intuitive to the apps purpose. Not only that, the recipes were mostly fails. I’ve done keto three or four times over the last 6 years and thought this would be a new recipe group but it’s the worst I’ve used.

Makes it so easy, no need for logging or counting macros. Meal plan produced with a grocery list, all you have to do is follow it! Recipes lovely so far and you can switch meals to suit your taste 👌

Love the different types of meals. Very easy to prepare. The weekly shopping list is great and cheap. I will recommend this app 100%.

I am disappointed with the ease of use of the app and want to cancel. There’s nowhere to cancel without ‘contact support’ via email. I’ve done that and I’m waiting on a reply.

Activated for the trial but then difficult to follow and lost interest. They charged for two months and they did not refund despite the clear not usage saying you downloaded you pay basically. Not great customer experience- think about it before subscribing

First day was very hard. Trying to eat so much and feeling full. Gradually over the next few days it got easier but finding it difficult to eat correct portions. Choice of recipes could be more varied but overall pleased with a first week loss of 5lbs.

Do not touch this App with a barge pole. I decided to cancel within 24 hours as I realised it wasn’t for me. Despite claiming a money back guarantee if not satisfied within 2 weeks I was denied this as the support team claimed it was nothing to do with them as it was an Apple service. What utter tosh.
