The filters on the Yours App do not work! It allows you to enter your size filter and apply but then displays all items available - not specifically ones that I have filtered on. It’s really frustrating. Please get it fixed!

I love all the clothes so much I need a bigger wardrobe

The apps ok but I would have liked more filters, eg., with tops & dresses to be able to filter by sleeve length.

When searching your website and looking at an item to check our colours you are returned to the beginning of the search. Therefore you have to search through all of the pages again this is not good time management and frustrating I’m so disappointed that the stories no longer stock sizes larger than a 26-28 when you used to pride yourselves on doing so. It seems as though now you have become established you have forgotten about the very people who helped you become so.

Every time I go to browse last few months there’s nothing. Not sure if your aiming for the more mature age instead now. I don’t actually know where to shop now

Couple of items that could be improved… for example, provide the ability to reduce the number of items if duplicate of same item added to basket. Someone should step through logic like this in the app to improve user experience please.

Have alway’s bought from Yours items keep there shape after a wash and good quality material.

I love yours, the clothes are beautiful I could buy all of them. I just don’t have the money, but when you have a sale I just have to get the great bargains !

I have ordered may times from Yours. Always been pleased with sizing and condition Very quick delivery Wi happily recommend.

I sent a dress back & had an email saying that they had refunded it on the card I paid with, which was a yours gift card. When I went to use it they said I had no money on the card. So where did it go?
