I’ve got to say, this is the worst app i’ve ever used. trying to withdraw money is an impossible task that i actually dread doing now because of this app. Practically holds your money hostage. QR codes can’t scan as it’s ON YOUR PHONE so pointless camera scanner.. you also can’t set a new passcode or use face ID.. and the website is just as useless. What an absolute joke, whoever made this app should be ashamed of themselves.

I opened a Bitsafe account last year, provided all documents and deposited money into my account. Now it’s impossible to login and received an email stating my identity cannot be verified. That’s rich considering they managed to verify my identity when they took money from my account! I will be getting my bank to investigate. Bitsafe needs to be closed down. Avoid all cost this is a scam. You will deposit your money and won’t be able to access it again!

Doesn’t work at all. Won’t let you verify your ID as you have Sri scan a QR code but there isn’t one anywhere to scan and know where to explain where it is to even start the process! Absolutely useless! So now I have $400 that I have earned stuck in the ether.

I have to say, this is one of the better onboarding experiences I’ve had. Pretty basic to enrol with my ID and a selfie and a fairly slick user Xperiencemakers all round. Not sure where others have had problems.

App is useless but there is more. Bitsafe blocked all my outgoing transactions almost 1 year ago. Ever since they have been asking for documents, which I have provided to them in full. I have sent god knows how many emails asking to unblock the frozen 2246 Euros in my account. I have no choice but to file complaints to banking regulatory and consumer rights bodies in Europe. The next step would be to take these scammers to court.

Simple to install, scanning is very accurate. Very good app.cant fault it - five stars

Won’t even let me take a pic of my documents I am a professional photographer using my iPhone 11 Pro Max but app says blu detected and it can’t find my documents I’m using a triple 12mp camera
