This app is really good and all but you need to pay for almost everything! I DON’T COOK! All you do are different stretches, not actual exercises.
Took my money
Please do not download this app. I canceled their services and yet they still managed to charge me. It’s also very confusing when you want to cancel they require that you delete the app. Please return my money back to me. Thank you
Amazing App for Staying Young!
I love the Youth app! It has everything I need to stay fit and look younger. The targeted workouts and personalized meal plans are fantastic. Plus, the back pain relief programs have truly helped me. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to rejuvenate!

These work outs are perfect we. There are so many options for any circumstance. I love that I can preview work out and decide if I have the energy for that at the moment or if I need psych myself up for the challenge! I always feel great when I’m done.

No me funciona la app, no me permite hacer mi primer día de entrenamiento de mi plan, envié un correo y no me han respondido, en Facebook no me permite enviarles mensajes, ojalá puedan responderme por esta vía!
Not Satisfied
Have been trying for months to cancel subscription thru the help options available, and no one replies back and they continue to take payments every month!!! Soon I will be filing fraudulent charges with my bank, with proof that I have been contacting customer support
