The application opens but the phone does not register the key through nfc or by the usb-c port. Completely useless and I assume it is the new IOS causing the issue but the app needs to work with the platform to ensure proper operability. Will review later to hopefully increase the rating.

This app is great except for one problem. I can’t use the secret(s) that many apps and services give when setting up 2FA. I have to go into notes app and remove the spaces and THEN use it on the Authenticator, otherwise it won’t work. Can you please fix that?

It saved me from 1hour to 2 minutes to get my account back. No more codes. Except yahoo stopped use of keys. Download app , manually or QR as used manually. Put email in the go to phone settings for seconds validation state use keys apple will guide you through. Apple requires 2 keys.

Seamless integration and usability! Highly suggest this to anyone. For the privacy focused person, it’ll be a lifesaver. For the average person, use it for your most important accounts. For the reviews that say it’s lacking features or not working as expected, I would bet my password vault it’s individuals lacking the time to properly read proper setup and use (or just fans of google authenticator and then wonder why they’re accounts are at risk).

It’s nice this app supports TOTP but I wish it had management capabilities as well so I didn’t have to use a computer.

Customer Support by email Didn’t help anything; Just provided Generic Instructions I think they generally mean well, at least I’m looking forward to Working with them, to Make this work.They did respond to my review. I will try to contact Support after the Holiday. I cannot Fathom why anyone would want to create, or use, such an un-User friendly device though. I am all into the forefront of technology, I am called a “Techie” who can fix ANYTHING! But… this device… it has sat for many months as an Paperweight one that is Incapable of reading its OWN Miniscule (beyond Tiny) QR code even. The Clunky-interface is 1930’s Flashback. And, this “Techie” was Unable to move One step forward, with it. Mindnumbing, that they would put this out, as a Finished product. Their Responses are Just “canned” responses they Cut-and-Paste. I reluctantly “updated” the O/s against my better judgement. STILL, Nothing works! It Still requires the ‘update’ or WILL NOT install. This thing does Nothing… it Just sits there and Looks at you!! Still, have not found one-Single QR code. Not on sites like Login.gov … not even to goofle. Zero And, What the heck is this “secret passphrase”? No Pop-up Help, or Any kind. No Instructions, zip, zero. Do I even NEED this thing? It seems like just redundant MFA which i certainly wouldn’t spend $100 on. It LITERALLY CAN’T read ITS OWN QR code on the device! Nada. This thing COMPLICATES Life, so much, Not make it easier… it is *Definitely Not* Intuitive I may not even return it I might just Throw it in the garbage. HOW Could ANYTHING be Worse than ID.Me.? You Have to update apple in order to even Install it, which is Scary! Nothing works Intuitively, you have to be a computer savvy, no IT personnel, to even be able to use it. It never scans the QR code; you Have to Click the “manual” button! Next, it Asks for NON-existent QR codes… Presumably for Each individual Website you want to set-up? Can’t work on anything out of the box, but Maybe I’ll be able to figure this thing out before returning it.

I was unable to use the keyboard while my key was plugged into my iphone. Not sure if that is a bug or feature.
