Still very limited
Even though the developer advertises 720p video playback (h264 and xvid), playback is a long shot. The video usually blocks, shutters, skips, audio gets easily out of sync on and iPad, which has the fastest processor of all iOS devices. Same goes for AC3 audio. Even a 345pix height video (mkv, h264,2.2 gb size) will play badly. This app has a long way to go until it can be a real match for the standard video player of Apple. Until then I will re-encode unsupported Apple formats.
