Bad app, pending create account long time and can’t login, just loading…

I was having issues with the free premium lifetime subscription account as well but I emailed the developer for support. The developer and team were very supportive and followed through with me to set up my account and to get my free lifetime premium subscription activated. I look forward to using the great features in the app. Thanks to the developer and team for your support!

I have the lifetime membership but it keeps telling me to reset the app. It doesn’t store any of my data. I’ve not been given a fitness plan. Whenever I click on anything it says oops there seems to be a problem and to reset but again nothing happens. What am I to do? Your reply says everything was fixed and to try again but still the same thing. I was reading other reviews and it appears I’m not the only one having issues. This is so frustrating. Now I would have to pay to have this app. What am I supposed to do? I don’t feel I should have to pay when I was offered the $0 lifetime membership. How are you going to help me?

Still cannot log in. I have tried for over a week to set up account but still cannot I deleted and reloaded and still cannot get app to to work. Used app advice for free version with and without with no luck

This app is really well made. I can watch videos and exercise at home, and the options are also very good.

When I downloaded the app and subscribed to Yzy Pro it was for $0.00. No mention of a trial period anywhere. However, today when clicked on today's workout it said I used all my free workouts.

Thought this looked interesting and decided to give it a try. From the beginning it was frustrating, multiple tries to set an account, failure with no real idea what the problem could be. Finally seems to login and none of the input data was saved or showing in the account. Wanted this to work but don’t want to spend the time being frustrated over simple actions. Update: got a response from the developer that they had some systems issues and to try again if I was interested. Went through the whole onboarding process again to get to the final step where it throws an authentication error. Understand that problems may come up but should really test to make sure they are resolved. Deleting again

The app is not connecting when you first try to set up your account. l have tried four times now and it always fails on the last step. Please fix. After getting a respo se from the developer letting me now they had been having some technical difficulties and those had been taken care of, i tried to sign in again, and........ lt still will not let me sign up/in. Always gives Authentication Error and does nothing. Very disappointed because it looks like it would be a great app if it actually worked.

In my opinion it is a scam. Or a trick to get credit card information. It’s telling me to subscribe But It’s free for life ,as advertised.Can’t leave the feed back it says “oops app is having a technical difficulties”🙄 why do i have to subscribe? Even if it is for $0:00 I don’t want to give my card number to free services.

I have already purchased the lifetime service, but I still cannot get it to work. It keeps prompting me to make a purchase, which is garbage.
