This game requires you to constantly buy packages, gear, etc to be even somewhat competitive. The match ups between regions is brutal, so you feel compelled to buy a ton to even make it fun. It started out ok, but the developers got really greedy.
After losing a level 40 base customer service will NOT answer you back, even though I sent out many messages. I have many bases in this game as I have been playing for 4 years. All Zday wants is your money and customer service seems to be an after thought. I have spent a lot of money and to get no response from developers is disgusting. I am writing a letter to Apple to tell them my frustration with this app and company. I still cannot believe that they will not answer me back, no more money from me, will not support bad behaviour.

Pretty good game, spent enough money on it too, although our cool bombers are replaced by a cheesy blimp with the latest upgrade??, that’s just about enough to leave the game, poor choice in replacing the bombers, they made the game for me, if I wanted to play GoG with blimps I would have played it. I haven’t seen a single comment from anyone in my region saying they love the change, they all want the bomber back!! The Devs aren’t interested in what the customer would like to see improved, they are interested in how big your wallet is, it is designed to take your money and much of your time.
Region 77 has had rampant racism with numerous try’s to contact admin, little results and only automated responses.... there are a lot of players gonna quit over this...horrible service worse than any other games I’ve played
Developers put the wrong items on the store, then after we purchased it, they took anything related with that item away. They refused refunds. Be careful. This game has already been pulled from App Store and Google Play Store in some European countries. Developers commit fraud.
Have your credit card ready , this game will rip you off ,and don’t bother attempting a refund otherwise they will penalize you for doing so . Play something else you have been warned! 1star is more then they deserve!
Extremely bad customer service, they remove things from your inventory that you purchased. They will not answer any email in their own Cs centre. Stay away from this game
