Much responsive. Doesn’t require multiple tedious log ins. Scans very quick and prints out pdf reports timeously. Amazing!!

Saves alot of time since you can scan the barcode instead of typing out the reference code.

Does not recognise barcodes. End up having to type in the barcode to get results in any case. Wastes more time than solves.

This new NHLS app is not user-friendly. It takes forever to load. It defeats the purpose of using an app to check results because you get so frustrated you end up using the website. The old labtrak app was much better.

Great app, fast & efficient, great value for money. Saves a lot of time. 100% recommended!

Fast and easy to use.

Access to lab results is so important to our patient management. This app fails to much ( the network is always not great, it loads for a very long time, it requires multiple attempts, it glitches in between) it really makes working a nightmare. It wastes my time to be honest.

Used on ios and not impressed. Probably equally efficiency in bookmarking the nhls login page and logging in each time

This app is not helpful at all. It is way inferior than the previous app. It keep no history of previous results viewed and is not user friendly. Often times it states that it cannot connect to the Nhls server. It is also very slow and the scanner feature often can read the barcode. Completely time wasting.
