Haven’t been able to log in, view or access my money for months. Not impressed at all. Will be taking this further very soon. 👎🏻
Can only log in once every few days, just times out constantly on all our devices (mine and the kids), so no-one can check their balance quickly in shops or at registers etc. I can’t transfer money to the kids quickly if they need it because I can’t get into the app. Then if it does let my log in on my desktop computer, there aren’t even balances displayed or options to transfer there. I’m sure it used to be better than it’s been the last few months. Very frustrating.
Constant bugs. Slow to no response from company.
It logged me out of my account and I can’t log in , and my child can’t log in either.
Unfortunately it’s very seldom that the app will let me log in and when it does, it won’t load properly so I can’t see the balance or transfer any money
When the app works, it is great, but that is a rare event. Lots of issues: unable to view child balance, unable to update parent credit card, unable to transfer between accounts and just generally hanging. Based on the app, I worry that payment will not always work so you have to have a backup card or cash.
Worked initially but the app itself is glitchy and rarely loads . Do yourself a favour and open a child’s account with any major bank . No fees and all happens instantly. Takes nearly a day on this app to transfer money into my parent account Hopeless
Money was debited from my account twice but I was only credited once. My son tried to pay for his lunch at the canteen and the card was declined despite having funds on it. I cannot log-in, I just keep getting endless error messages. Dodgy.
App doesn’t work very often. Half the time it doesn’t list my child and the other half it doesn’t let me see his balance. I’m really disappointed. It’s not worth the stress. This has been going on for over 3 years and never gets better. Terrible customer service with no contact number only email. Once again my kid will try to purchase lunch and his card won’t work.
