Imagine that I was told I had to purchase the phone number for 3 months to be able to receive sms. I do exactly that and then: surprise surprise, i cannot recibe or send sms. so i spent $12 in vain.

My phone was hanging after downloaded. This people are thieves

Worst service ever. They ask to verify your identity and yet they don’t connect the service. Worst customer service. They wont’ even help you find a solution, they just tell you to cancel your order. Never again

Number can’t be used to verify even WhatsApp, accounts get suspended after billing has been made and requires only passport upload for kyc verification. Support is just the worst

Useless. Their small print reveals that the number can’t be used to receive calls. Only texts. No refund received. Support is useless.

Let’s start with saying their service is great, I had it for several months and didn’t have a single problem. But it can be confusing, sometimes you get A expecting to have some service but that service is B or maybe C. I suggest to talk to their support and explain what you need and they will guide you.
