Zalat Pizza App

Very pleased with the hospitality at this location!

Wondering why we have to mandatory tip ? We are picking up pizza. Why would you want to make your customers tip due to a “glitch” ? This app is sub par.

Great pizza. Have been ordering for years since their first few stores. App is easy to use and modify orders. However, any coupons they list on their site never work (specifically the code ilovezalat) always has an error. I’ve probably had hundreds of dollars in discounts that they’ve offered that I’ve never received because of that. Emailed them and no response. I still order their food because pizza is good but kind of dishonest advertising.

Difficult and cumbersome process, and expensive to pay a $5 delivery fee that goes to who? When I’m paying a DoorDasher a tip?

Open late with good options!

You need to rework this app please, it is insanely difficult to work through. Add payment or even change order or add delivery. Please, please, please make this not user friendly and not just for computer programmers. I love your pizzas and hate your app.

Absolutely delicious pizza, super easy app.

I like Zalat Pizza and figured the app would make orders easier. So far this has been a challenge to say the least. The biggest problem is that Apple Pay is offered as a payment option, but then it doesn’t work? Not a big deal except when you don’t have a credit card on you so Zalat has missed out on my business because of this.

Lunchbox powers the login feature of the Zalat app. When I try to login with my email, it says it doesn’t have my email registered but when I try to sign up, it says my phone number is already associated with them. I can only email Lunchbox to have my phone number removed from their system. I want to order delivery directly from Zalat, because it’s more expensive on a 3rd party delivery app. I called Zalat and was told if I can’t login on the app, the only way to do delivery is with a 3rd party delivery app. If login feature does not change/update, the physical stores need to have the capability of placing a delivery order over the phone. Since this can’t be done currently, Zalat needs to look into the reason why and how to overcome this issue.
