At first they were good but then they started overcharging up to 100/- on every food item. Giving them one star because of that and uninstalling the app. This amount is not “delivery charges” they add those as well.

Such a pathetic service they are providing. It has been two hours and order is still not delivered. This is not the first time they disappointed me with their services. They really need to work on their services. Such a pathetic service and Fazool customer care.

OKAY, SO WORST EXPERIENCE SUPPER LATE 3 hours late. IF PAID VIA card cancelation and refund will take 7 DAYS period. Zero coordination between the rider and the Customer service guy!

Ordered at 930 and the rider said I already have a order to pick from kfc and then need to deliver it and then I would be able to delivers yours and its 11 still not received, the worst experience ever wast expecting this from zapp, would definitely not going to order again!

What a pathatic service I ever experience in my life the order i did at 10:30 PM, recieved at 12:50 AM, did 2, 3 calls at support no one was receiving that, no cancellation option. I have no words to explain such a PATHATIC & WORST service. WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN

I am putting my number in correct format but i am not receiving otp code. 😒 one reason could be i changed my sim from ufone to zong but my number remain same. If this is the reason please resolve that issue.

The app does not hve any stores that deliver in islamabad.
