ZBD: Earn Bitcoin Rewards

Consistently finding myself sitting through full surveys, 10 minutes +, completing the survey and expecting thousands of sats, only to be told “we’ve found a better survey” and only receiving the 50sats compensation for not qualifying? Either this a scam to get my survey for free or it’s a serious technical glitch. Update: the reply from ZBD was that this is a timeout and perfectly normal. So they get my data and I get nothing. Very unethical. Then more recently, I received something of a warning that I wasn’t being honest with answers and that I need to be more careful. This is just simply not true. I’m always taking my time and answering honestly. For these reasons I’m happy to leave a 2-star review, I believe it’s consistent with my experience so far.

How in the hell do l connect my games. There is no information on how to do anything. This app is seriously confusing. How in the hell do you verify without a passport or drivers license. I’m over trying to work this app out. Can’t even get my bitcoin from games l have played. Love the games but seriously thinking of deleting everything.

I have been trying to get access to my account by resetting the password and the app says that it sent the email to reset the password but it never comes it’s been a year now

My account was inaccessible after a while and they are all unresponsive. This is probably because they are pulling support from certain geographical regions and don’t want to make it public. These bunch of low lives didn’t even notify me prior to pulling support so I can withdraw my sats

App itself could use some work, specifically in the support feature. I took several surveys to earn a couple extra cents for fun and the rewards never redeemed properly. I contacted support and was promptly ghosted and have been awaiting any response for 5 days. It does let you know who you’re talking to and whether or not they’ve read the messages which is nice. Unfortunately it lets you know that you are being ignored. Because you have been talking to one customer support person you cannot contact another, there is no option to open a separate chat or submit a ticket. If your customer service fellow decides to ghost you, you are on your own. Because of the unreliability of the rewards redemption, I cannot recommend this app. Maybe when it has some more time to develop. Rewards for the surveys are nice though.
