ZCS Azzurro

It’s been 2 months now using this app and almost every day my electricity production is never correct. Time to time in the day showing some irrelevant numbers such as 300kwh while I’m having a 4kwh system. Causing the daily produced amount to be extremely large and not possible to monitor your system , the only thing that this app is doing . So at the moment completely useless as I have to go out on the inverter and check for the real data

This app does allow a basic monitoring of the performance of your solar system if you have an Azzurro inverter. But I don’t have half of the features shown in the screenshots on the App Store. I’ve had my inverter for a month now. The inverter itself has reset its own time of day twice already, which is a pain. The app forgets details of the installation (location, the photo which it replaces with the company sign in Italy). This is not the end of the world, but this and the time on the inverter changing itself suggest their software or electronics aren’t reliable… Time will tell for the inverter; I suspect the app will not be updated nor corrected!

La telemetria ha smesso di aggiornarsi qualche giorno fa se non randomicamente, senza criterio, lasciando voragini di misurazione nel corso della giornata. Cosi é un’app inutile

A me non fa inserire l inverter tramite serial number .

L’app é molto povera di informazioni e lenta nella telemetria, credo legga i dati ogni 10/15 minuti. Inoltre le credenziali che funzionano per l’app, non funzionano sul sito zcs portal (dove pensavo di trovare più dati, tipo i log degli allarmi). Insomma è impossibile accedere al sito zcs portal (sarà perché ho fatto l’accesso all’app tramite account google? Chissà?). Un peccato perché l’inverter è l’impianto mi sembra vadano bene.

App bloccata da due giorni. Risolvete il problema per favore

Commento puramente di design ma mi domando (e in fondo lo so, facendo questo lavoro) come si fa a fare un prodotto così scadente. A partire dal logo che l’avrà fatto il cugino del titolare, l’applicazione è un’accozzaglia di contenuti senza nessuno studio e ordine. Licenziate chi ha diretto questo lavoro e ripartire da zero.

Mi dice seriale sbagliato ma quello sulla scatola è sull apparecchio è quello. Mah

Applicazione instabile, buchi che durano ore dove la telemetria dei dati non viene aggiornata.

Non funziona più nulla dopo molti soldi spesi per questo inverter
