More ads. So annoying!
From 100k to 0
I have had Zedge for years now and been collecting credits thru their ads platform. It was all good and collected around 100k and more. Recently I offloaded my the app for a few and got back, now everything that I have collected over the years have reset to 0 and they wanted me to create a new account. Now that I have created a new account, it says I can not get credits and have to return “tomorrow” few days in, still the same. Now can’t do nothing. Update 12.2824 Since December 1, 2024 The app can not be opened. It says ‘Zedge Servers Can not be reached’ you guys closed or sumn?

Paid for Zedge, AI feature not working, no response from support – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with Zedge’s customer support. I subscribed to use the AI generator feature, but it has been completely unusable due to persistent error messages. I reached out to support and provided all the necessary information, including my User ID, device details, and purchase receipt. However, despite several follow-ups, I still have not received a resolution or even a meaningful update. I paid for a service that I am unable to use, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected better from a company like Zedge.
