the app said that we leave at 13:15 and arrive at the destination 15 minutes later, but when i got on the bus at 13:15 they said we couldn’t leave for half an hour because 13:15 is the time that the bus arrives not takes off, which is not what the app said, so ended up being 30 minutes late.

It’s unbelievably badly managed and not worth the risk and hassle. They have left my son unattended at 9 pm after training in freezing cold weather and I had to get out of my job to go and get my son home. Another time didn’t show up at 5pm to take him to training and I had to get uber to take him to training which he was late for training. They are not bothered and they don’t care about it. When you call them they don’t even know what is going on or where the driver is even it has a GPS to track him.

I was travelling in zeelo on 16/12/2023 at 9:00am towards Boots warehouse in bus no. GT19JKT. As i have to read some of my study material i request the driver can you please low the volume of radio, instead of doing he yells on me and ask me to get off the bus. I have purchased my zeelo ticket everyday and travel in zeelo. Is this a behaviour of zeelo deiver to a passenger? Really very shameful. Please avoid to use zeelo. As their drivers are arrogant and don’t know to talk to thier passengers. Really shameful and disappointed as i complaint about this incident to zeelo customer service and still they don’t look into the matter

On multiple occasions I have had to ditch the app and log into to website for Zeelo because the app wasn’t letting me book my journeys. When I went online, it worked first time. Another issue I have, is sometimes I’ll book a outbound journey and the app will populate the inbound journey with the same time as the outbound, but not let me choose an in bound time. It then won’t let me cancel so I have to close the app and go online to sort it out. Very frustrating. I just use the online website now. Please fix Zeelo

Thanks for your services. Please, do well to improve on the health of your bus seats. Some of your seats are slant, chocks. Also, it would please us if you could either install phone charging ports in your buses. We at EMA3 have not experienced any. Regards.

They have added extra stops to an already existing and established school bus route which has caused massive delays and unnecessary stress to the school children arriving late to school every day.

The time table does not work, so it is impossible to plan your journey.

As a school bus company app, they rlly don’t know how to make a route my child was always late to school and it is pretty confusing in how to get a pass. As a result of it being late, the school had to ask Zeelo to change to route and it is way earlier to get on the bus which is not nice and did not work out at all. :(
