Honestly don’t bother, better platform available sq**** Under the guise of “know your customer” they constantly make you jump through hoops and supply information treating you like a criminal rather than a business operator.

After logging in , the mobile app is getting stuck, Mobile App gets frozen. Transfers options never work. Only works on web app.

Slow and very clunky system that doesn’t offer OSKOs instant payment transfers. Also their verification process is unnecessarily complex adding to this already painfully slow process.

App version 1.1.10 has lots of malfunctions on iPhone 15 Pro.

Great to have all my Zeller products in one place. The reporting really helps me plan things out

Great app to check and confirm transactions but option to send receipts doesn’t work, I just activate Tap to Pay option, fantastic to use it but a bit slow and app just stuck when send receipt option was pressed, I had to send receipt to my customer from website. For convenience using the app is great but terminal works better

Cannot even get past the ID verification stage because it asked for a video of your face without providing a way to do so. The screen will freeze than a pop up will appear stating that I have 15 seconds to record the video. There is no way to start or stop the recording. Even if this is fixed I will not be returning, there other other options out there and I’m sure they are able to handle a customer signing up to their service. 👎

I use the zeller machine to collect my money after I finish my job I lost $300 because of them I called them and I report it I called them every day they let me wait every time on the phone 1 hour then they hung up the phone I will take this matter to fair trade They never respond to me This is really bad customer service I do not recommend zeller to anyone and I request all my contractors to cancel the account with them This is very bad business

There is now facility in the app to log out of your account! Seems dangerous given it a bank account
