The app works fine but a driver is NEVER available. I think this service is a hoax. And there is no way to contact them directly. A gimmick. Don’t fall for it.
Couldn’t get past Facebook login — I approved the link (without email or friends) and it just froze.
While the app feels smooth, I believe that to be one of it's flaw. I don't get the feeling that I have arranged a meeting with a driver which make plans seem fade and weak. The app needs some sort of way to make it clear that a driver is on the way and keep the user notified while implementing a system that demands double confirmation that a plan was set.
This is not only a brilliant and needed solution but a great app with thorough technology to make sure there is safe ride hailing/ ride share for our families. AND the rides itself are fun and enjoyable. It's great this is rolling out.
This service is a great idea. However, there is no way to see if service is running in your part of the country without registering, accepting terms and providing a significant amount of personal information first. Which I did... well kinda. If my name is Princess Bananahammock and if I live at a crematorium in Boston... then I did. My email address was also fabricated, but there was no way to avoid giving my mobile number... so? All of this to say, it feels like an information grab instead of a service. And when I got to the end of the required registration and requested a ride in my actual location....There is no service yet available in my area. I live in the 3rd largest city in the United States.... so, again??? None of my experience proves anything, and I'm happy to be wrong or just not in a developed service area... But I was so put off and suspicious, I wanted to share.... for whatever it is or isn't worth.
