The most unfriendly difficult App ever and can never get through to customer services, especially if calling from abroad. No when online or in app to get a replacement card if yours is broken! Total nightmare, wish we’d never set it up.

Taking out money unnecessary

If I could, would have given negative stars. Absolutely shocking customer service, if you receive any amount more than £100 they are going to block it and then block your account making sure that no money can come in or go out. And then you will be asked for paperwork asking Client’s Bank Statement ( as if any client would share that with a contractor). When you call them they just repeat one sentence “5 working days” and God forbid if that happens on Thursday. Absolutely shocking. Should rather be named “Business Down Under” bank. If you are a business go with Monzo or Mettle or anyother and spare yourself frustration. Thanks for nothing Zempler Bank

Very secure application and banking services

Great app,very easy to deal with your daily business activities

I just want to recommend to anyone care about his details and money never ever use that new bank(Zempler ) because they are thinking to take your money and bond your account without reason I use to be business member with cash plus for over 3 year and they was very helpful and safe but since the new management (Zempler) come in few hours until the new lego(Zempler )swapped to previous (cash plus) straight away the bond and take my money (1470£)for no reason and how ever I ask them what for they not talking trust each person over the line gave different way to sort it out and then when I call back the new advisor said no it’s not right that way not right they just lair so please if you love your money to be safe don’t use it they are very wrong .

Shocking app it hardly ever works tells you to verify device you follow the instructions and it still does not work awful app

Started a cash plus business account as it was quick to set up and so far I am blown away by their speed and assistance.

I had two transactions made on my account and reported them to the bank. I got an email a couple of days later to state that I MUST have made them even though when I contacted the company in question they couldn’t tell me who they were or what the payments were for. Zempler wouldn’t block the transactions or help me o. Any way, so another payment has left my account and they will do nothing to help sort it out. I’m closing my account and going to a bank that looks after their customers.
