Seeing as this is supposed to replace the kiosk app, the check in process is awful.

Log in to our site. Here’s all of this information. But also you can’t really do anything with it, so also download our app, and if anything is wrong or you need to fix something simple, call us to set up a meeting. I’d rather take an automated payment from PayPal.

When are we going to be able to cancel people on the app and see the waitlist and mange our classes better and quicker instead of login all the time???

This app has potential, but has too many problems. Like the customer app, it is often down, does not load or reports an error. There is no way to remove a person that has reserved a class and not shown up. It can only be done on the online version. On my gym iPad, which is not the most current iPad, it is barely functional. The iPad version is not set up properly to show the entire day's classes, and cuts them off. It is slow to load participants, and often does not al all. I often end up using my phone, or having to go home and enter names in on the computer version.

You can see who's in he class very quickly. Taking attendance is fast and adding someone to the class is simple. One big downfall is that you can't remove a registration if someone is unable to attend. Once that is an option, I would give this app a 5 star rating.

This is the worst CRM I have ever used. Just don’t do it. Go use a piece of paper and manually do track your membership, you are better off.

This app’s usability is terrible. I’ve already called to complain and for as much as I’m paying to run my gym’s memberships, it should be a top of the line app with no glitches. The usability should include accessing member info that we get through the desktop site. I’m not always stuck at my computer. I’m with members. Checking in people is so slow. So many glitches. This seriously needs a huge update. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This app constantly freezes kicks you off or shows no one is signed up for class. Then you reload and wait wait wait to only find out people are signed up You call zen planner and then are told. Did you check your internet connection.. The apps been around long enough where it should be better by now. This app actually costs us time as opposed to saving it.. Annoying

Very unreliable and glitchy, unable to take clients information through the form. Wanted to go digital using this app in our ipad at the gym but this software is not stable enough to use for it.

I'm constantly being signed out of the app, and if I forget my password and try to recover it, it won't send the code to the email that I have. Always something up with this app.
