I’ve been charged $67.00 without agreeing to the pro version and the app continually shuts down when trying to access any of the profile information or make changes. Beware!
cant get onto app
app will not let me on, keeps shutting down. been like this for 3 days now
Can’t open app
Paid for it yesterday and I still can’t open the app on my phone. They said it was being fixed but I’m not hopeful 😢. Messed up our entire day as I could not see jobs.
Feature
It would be cool to make this app available for the Apple Watch.
Won’t send data
New update makes clocking in or out even more difficult, have to tap it 5 times for it to work please fix this.
Buggy
Team doesn’t even help when is needed you have to wait until they want to answer and they charge extra now
It’s, okay… but far from being what could be
The app works, they delivery exactly what they propose to delivery with the app… but it’s so so far away from the web version that you can call them “ complement”, like a side on your dinner. Also, every time that you log in or open the app you have to define your preferences about with map you want… that’s just, ridiculous. If you have a profile, your preferences should be there
Bad communication
It takes up to 3 days to get an answer back that’s the worst part, glitching, cleaners can’t log in some times during the working hours or they can’t even see the addresses, now they charging for automatic messages, so you know.
