The app is not vision impaired friendly. Im bot sure why HMOs partner with them.

My massage therapist forgot the massage oil and canceled on me. 2 hours later I'm still waiting on a replacement. And lab tests? 3 times in a row they didn't handle samples properly so my specimens spoiled and mo results. Total joke of a company

I scheduled my lab tests only to find out the next day that they rescheduled it 30 minutes earlier. They informed me they would be late. However, the last minute, they cancelled my appointment. The reason was my location was beyond the 5-km radius limit. They could have cancelled the day I booked my appointment. It was a waste of time to wait for nothing.

i booked a schedule with them and they did not bother telling me until i called the provider that they wouldnt be able to make it on to my time slot. they have no number to call so i texted their customer support. before the convo ended, they mentioned that a replacement provider was otw and near my location. then they just stopped replying altogether. when i raised it to their chat support, they said that no one was nearby to my location. really horrible talaga.

I was trying to use my card as a form of payment then it was invalid and I was blocked. There was no explanation at all what went wrong

I haven’t registered yet to this app. But when my health provider ask me to use this to link it to them I cannot continue because my number is already assigned on a different account. And there is no way to do something about it. i reached out to the customer chat but they did not reply anymore when I said the issue.

I got blocked from the app after attempting to add my debit card. In-app support option is totally unresponsive. Might as well book from a legitimate spa. This app is most probably just a phishing scheme. Idk how the hell it still is on app store. Don’t download!

I was asked by Maxicare to book through this app but the rep that I chatted with that bookings are done through Maxicare. The application is not user friendly also.

If you will be getting a rt pcr test, dont do it via this app. It will take them more than 2 days to release the result. .
