Was advised against updating my iOS device to 18.2 because Zenoti is having issues with “web view compatibility”… So… we should delay security updates to our devices to accommodate Zenoti’s “issues”? Ahh no
What does a fresh login mean? I can’t login to my account with my previous user/pw!!!
Main thing that i would love to see changed to to SHOW add ons on the main screen and not only once you click on someone’s appointment and it’s super small. We like to see the total services without having to be surprised when you click the name
I would like on the weekly schedule for the total amount of time worked to appear on the app. Either by each individual day showing the amount of time worked or the total of time for the week worked to be viewed.
This would be a really great app if I didn’t have to worry about not seeing my commissions. Every month it stops updating for weeks and it’s really inconvenient.
The app constantly crashes and randomly logs you out. Sometimes it just never loads when you try to open it so you have to force close and reopen the app, repeat that about 5 times before it eventually works. The bones of the app are good, it just needs better software people behind it or something
Why would you get rid of the ability to check your ‘tips and accuracy off of the dashboard. This app crashes a lot and to top it off it will log you out of your shift.
I got this because our company is moving to a new software this, yet the only thing I can successfully do is check my schedule when it comes to working. I can’t look at invoices because it never says that I’m in that location even though all of my location on and precise location is on. It also takes forever to load, which means even if it did want to let me check someone out the other person at the computer would probably be done by the time it load up
I’ve been trying to log in for the past 2 days as a new employee and it will not load whatsoever! This app is awful and if it wasn’t for work I would NOT use it!
The recent iPad update is completely trash. Things lag, the color isn’t as bright. It’s hard to see services. Its super difficult to try and edit or add or take things away. It worked great before i don’t know what you were thinking. Please go back to the old version.
