En mi iPhone 12 no se envían los mensajes, si recibo notificaciones de los mensajes pero para contestar no
No hay soporte técnico claro
No hay soporte técnico solo te contesta el bot y no te dan respuesta o resolución solo te envían a vídeos que solo funcionan cuando es algo nuevo de ejecutar pero para cobrar si te manda un agente personalizado humano que te da perseguimiento
ERRORES Y POCAS FUNCIONES
No siempre los mensajes y hay muchas funciones que deberían de agregar en la app móvil
Fallos en notificaciones
No siempre indica notificaciones
NO es funcional
Muy mala interfaz mejor no ofrezcan la app las notificaciones no funcionan y genera mal servicio al cliente de nuestra parte
NO CARGA
Se traba y no carga solo marca error y para solucionar hay que cerrar sesión y abrirla nuevamente, no llegan las notificaciones a tiempo ni cargan los mensajes
Llena de bugs
No sirve, así de simple
