Every time I open, the app is freeze!

I live in Canada but I have a mi band 7 NFC It seems to only have partial app support. Can’t get any faces or do any advanced settings. Please fix this problem. Thank you
Sync with apple health not working
Out of nowhere it stopped working the sync with health and there is no way to force the syncing. I liked the app before this stopped working.
Does the job but clunky
Sadly the weekly, monthly and yearly sleep stats stopped working in January 2021. The individual data is there but the trends no longer display.
App Ask to paste from clipboard
The app continuously asks to paste from keyboard every time it is opened.
Do not works anymore
The app does not work with iOS 16

I have a mi scale 2. I cannot change my weight unit from kg to lbs from the app. Very frustrated!
