It's not enough to charge you for the device (GPS) now you want me to spend my money on the application too expensive really

Doesn’t work, I wasted my money buying this useless device and wasted more money buying a SIM card for it. There in no support for it. This app is poorly designed and it’s also useless because this app doesn’t provide any support. I’m located in the USA.

I am installing this app. In the user agreement you’re giving away your location your IP address your phone number your email your real name, etc. I don’t know who would load and use this app!!!

No idea how to make it work

It doesn’t work period

I purchased this unit off Home Depot and it arrived 2 days later but it doesn’t have instructions and in Chinese the little pamphlet that comes with it is so small and a different language. No phone number to call or email even. This is a horrible product and company to take someone’s money n send them a piece of plastic with no way to resolve the issue. Don’t waste your time buying this unless you can read tiny print in Chinese or minds cause you won’t get any resolution as the company has no known number or way to contact them.

App is useless. It won't let me log in and give error in both app and website

Bought 5 of these online. Not only do you have to purchase the actual product. The creator wants you to purchase a subscription to use them. Also purchase a SIM card for each device. Long story short, not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend this product to and consumer. Sorry not sorry.

yeah so where do you put the sim card?

I foolishly followed all directions. Paid the lifetime activation fee and then discover that I had been had. This does not work it just steals your money.
