Graficki nedoradjeno, nepregledno, nemoguce je promjeniti jezik splikacije ili je jednostavno „dobro skrivena“ opcija. Ne postoji mogucnost kontaktiranja. Trebalo bi jaakooo puno poraditi na app-u. Mislim da cu ju deinstalirati

For people that live abroad and they are not residents (dont owe croatian phone nuber) its almost impossible to pay parking. App has severe problems, - very complicated to install, unclear directions -extremely hard to add bank cards -impossible to add more car plates to same app -if you add another plates, cannot select it -these problems are remaining for almost 6 months noone changes anything…

There should be a prize for this level of incompetence. Repeatedly trying to charge a customer and then just producing error messages. This is officially the worst app I’ve ever seen.

This is a useless app that doesn’t work half of the time and with errors coming up. Their customer service is unhelpful and doesn’t fix anything.

This is a good attempt at creating a parking app, so I’m giving it 2 stars. But it needs major improvements. #1 It does not allow credit card purchases under 20 Kunas. This doesn’t make sense for a parking app. Minimum purchase should be 5 Kunas to match with the minimum one hour parking cost for Zone 2. At the very least, make it 10 Kunas. But the problem with 20 Kunas minimum is that (for example) in Zone 2 you can only buy 3 hours of parking maximun and it is only 5 Kunas per hour x 3= 15 Kunas. And so this ZG PARK APP is useless. Also, it does not allow you to pay for a DAILY ticket (60 Kunas for zone 2) in advance. It only allows you to pay a fine issued. This is very confusing and misleading. There should always be an option to purchase a Daily ticket with this APP if DAILY PARKING is allowed. They should also enable fingerprint login instead of a pin. But otherwise the APP is ok and with some minor fixes could be great. PLEASE fix this APP! People without Croatian mobile phones desperately need it! (Tourists, business travelers, etc)

When trying to use user/pass from their online system it complains a out the bad pass. Pass reset resulted in nothing happend. This app is here just as a placeholder. It does not work (yet?).
