Easy to navigate

Zillow makes the whole process of finding tenants and filling a property so easy. I’m not sure how I’d do this without Zillow.

This app overall is good but it has a glitch that keeps it from opening most of the time when you try to log in or view messages. You have to keep deleting the app completely then download again to be able to view your messages. If Zillow can fix this glitch then the app will be 5 stars. I gave it 3 stars because of this issue, it gets annoying after a while. Also the background checks are not always accurate, had a few tenants that had criminal history but the app showed none of their history.

I get lots of exposure via Zillow!

Who are these people giving it a 5 star. Have they not used the app? So many errors on various occasions. Why is it rates 4+ stars in beyond me!

I’ve been using Zillow Rental Manager asa landlord of our 3 properties for two years now and definitely give it five stars! Not only is the platform easy to use, far-reaching to sister platforms, but I also love the other features like payment options and the lease contracts. Highly recommend!

Absolutely you have to use this app

This is a great tool to help manage some of the properties we have. It allows people to esign leases, sends reminders, private messages and calls. I would say the only drawback is the time it takes to receive funds through the system, but it is still well worth it.
